Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Coaching-ADHD. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of coaching services by any member from Coaching-ADHD (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) to any individual client (“you”, “your”). By booking or receiving the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms
2. Services
We provide coaching services designed to support individuals in managing ADHD-related challenges. Our services include, but are not limited to, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and online resources.
3. Eligibility
Our 1-on-1, partnership or group coaching services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. By using our services, you affirm that you are of legal age and competent to agree to these terms. Some online classes may be attended by those aged over 16 years old if accompanied and agreed by the individual’s carer, parent or legal guardian.
4. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
Our Coaching-ADHD services are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any related condition. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological advice. Our services are intended for educational and coaching purposes only.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees: Fees for coaching sessions, workshops, and other services will be outlined on the website or agreed upon prior to your engagement with the service.
Payment: Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds: Refunds are provided under certain conditions as specified in our refund policy. Please review the refund policy for more details.
Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions or memberships are offered by invitation to clients and fee’s are taken on a monthly basis. Payment is due in advance. Subscriptions may be paid annually in full or by monthly instalments during the 12‑month term
6. Subscription or Membership eligibility and offers:
Eligibility for annual subscriptions is by invitation only and requires prior completion of a previous coaching package of five sessions within the last 12 months for an invitation to Ayah. After completing a year on an Ayah subscription, invitations may be offered for Ibu.
6.1 Ayah
12 × 50‑minute coaching sessions delivered approximately monthly
12 × 15‑minute laser check‑ins
3 monthly written goals review written plan
6.2 Ibu
24 × 50‑minute sessions delivered approximately fortnightly
24 × 15‑minute check‑ins
2 × 90‑minute deep‑dive sessions
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
At Coaching-ADHD we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to support your personal growth and success. We understand that coaching is an investment in yourself, and we aim to offer a policy that reflects transparency, fairness, and commitment.
7.1 Client Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hour’s notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session and any fees paid for that session.
7.2 Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible, and a replacement session will be offered at no extra cost.
7.3 Refund Policy for Single Sessions
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. For single sessions:
7.3.1 Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule at no extra cost.
7.3.2 Missed Sessions: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
7.4 Refund Policy for Coaching Packages
Our coaching packages are designed to offer a comprehensive experience that unfolds over multiple sessions. Because of this, we offer refunds on packages under the following conditions:
7.4.1 Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice before the first Session: If you request to cancel before your first session, you may receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
7.4.2 Partial Completion: If you wish to discontinue your package after some sessions have been completed, refunds may be prorated based on the remaining sessions, minus any processing fees
7.4.3 After Full Completion of package: No refunds will be provided for completed packages.
7.5 Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds of subscriptions:
7.5.1 Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement using our booking system. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct date, time zone and meeting link.
7.5.2 You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are chargeable and will be treated as taken.
7.5.3 If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative time at no additional cost.
7.5.4 Check‑ins are short accountability touchpoints and cannot be combined to create longer sessions unless expressly agreed.
7.5.5 Subscriptions: subscriptions are for a fixed 12‑month term. You have a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period from the date of purchase. If any services are delivered during the cooling‑off period at your request, you will be required to pay for services provided and your right to cancel may be affected.
7.5.6 Cancellations: subscription/membership cancellations can be done at any time, due to the limited number invited to the subscription/membership service reinstalling the subscription is done according to availability. No refund for the month is provided for partial attendance in that month.
7.5.7 After Full Completion if the year: No refunds will be provided for completed packages.
7.6 Exceptional Circumstances
We strive to be compassionate and flexible. If exceptional circumstances (such as illness or family emergencies) prevent you from attending your sessions, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to provide an alternative arrangement or issue a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
8. Fees, Invoicing and Payment
8.1 All fees are quoted in GBP and exclusive of VAT as stated on the invoice.
8.2 Payments are due on receipt of invoice and, for subscriptions paid by instalments, on the same calendar day each month (or the next business day). Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
We may charge reasonable administrative costs for failed payments.
8.3 Receipts can be provided for personal records or Access to Work claims; you are responsible for any claims you make.
9 Refund Requests
To request a refund, please email us at admin@coaching-adhd.com with your name, session date(s), and reason for the refund. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
10. Confidentiality Policy
At Coaching-ADHD we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we take the responsibility of protecting your personal and sensitive information very seriously. This policy outlines how we handle and protect any information shared during the coaching process.
10.1. Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions
All information disclosed during individual or group coaching sessions will be treated as strictly confidential.
We will not share any personal details, session content, or identifying information with third parties without your explicit consent, except in circumstances outlined in section 10.4 Limits to Confidentiality
10.2. Collection and Use of Information
The personal information we collect may include your name, contact details, and any other details relevant to your coaching sessions.
This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering our coaching services and enhancing your experience. It will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes unless you give us permission.
10.3. Data Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal information, protecting it against unauthorized access, accidental loss, or disclosure.
All notes, documents, and recordings (if any) from coaching sessions are stored securely and accessible only to authorised personnel.
10.4. Limits to Confidentiality
While we are committed to maintaining confidentiality, there are some legal and ethical situations where we may be required to disclose certain information:
Imminent Harm: If we believe you are at risk of causing harm to yourself or others, we may be obligated to report this to appropriate authorities or individuals (such as a healthcare provider or emergency contact).
Legal Requirements: In certain cases, we may be legally required to disclose information, such as in response to a court order.
Safeguarding: If we become aware of the abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult, we are legally required to report this to the relevant authorities.
10.5. Group Coaching and Workshops
In group coaching sessions or workshops, we encourage all participants to respect the confidentiality of others by not sharing personal information outside of the group. However, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of shared information in these settings, and participants are responsible for what they choose to disclose.
10.6. Client Consent
Before sharing any information outside the coaching relationship (for instance, in case studies, supervision, or peer discussions), we will seek your written consent. Even in these situations, we will ensure that your identity and personal details remain anonymous unless otherwise agreed.
10.7. Termination of Services
Upon termination of our coaching services, all coaching session notes and files will be retained for a period of 5 years as required by the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. After that period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed unless you request otherwise.
Data related to financial records (including invoices and payment records) will be kept for 6 years in accordance with HMRC regulations.
Contact information, general communication and emails will be retained for a period of 1 year or until the period of consent is withdrawn.
10.8. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. If you wish to request a copy of this information or have it updated or deleted, please contact us at admin@coaching-adhd.com
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to written material, graphics, and logos, is owned by ADHD Coaching and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Your use of such websites is at your own risk.
14. Equality Act 2010
This act requires businesses to avoid discrimination in service provision based on protected characteristics, such as disability, gender, and race. This is especially important for coaching businesses, which should ensure equal access and consideration for clients with disabilities or other protected characteristics.
We aim to offer reasonable adjustments if necessary (for example, ensuring digital accessibility on your website) and feasible.
Discriminatory, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of Services without refund.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Force Majeure
16.1 We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, power or internet outages, industrial action or acts of God.
17. Modern Slavery Statement
Coaching-ADHD has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
18. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Modern Slavery Act 2015, The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and acts already mentioned in parts earlier.
